S. 302(b)---Qatl-i-amd---Appreciation of evidence---Ocular account and medical evidence---Contradictions---Accused was charged for committing murder of the son of complainant by firing---According to eye-witnesses, deceased was hit by 5/6 bullets---Medical Officer found fifteen injuries on the dead body and observed that eight bullets had hit the deceased---Witnesses failed to explain presence of additional injuries---Contradiction between ocular account and medical evidence was of such magnitude that it proved that prosecution witnesses had not witnessed the occurrence---Ocular account contrary to medical evidence was rejected---Appeal against conviction was allowed, in circumstances.
