AHMAD BILAL VS STATE S. 302(b)---Qatl-i-amd---Appreciation of evidence---Lodging of FIR with promptitude---Accused was charged for committing murder of the son of complainant by firing---In the present case, the unfortunate incident took place on 13.03.2023 at about 10:30 a.m. and the formal FIR was chalked out on the same day at 12.05 p.m. i.e. within one hour and thirty five minutes---Said promptness in lodging the crime report not only confirmed the presence of eye-witnesses at the spot but also excluded every hypothesis of deliberation, consultation and fabrication prior to the registration of the case---Appeal against conviction was dismissed, in circumstances.
