AHMAD BILAL VS STATE S. 302(b)---Qatl-i-amd---Appreciation of evidence---Recovery of weapon of offence and crime empties lending support to ocular account---Accused was charged for committing murder of the son of complainant by firing---Appellant was arrested on 21.03.2023 and during investigation he led to the recovery of pistol 30-bore, which was taken into possession vide recovery memo and sent to the office of Forensic Science Agency, for comparison with the already secured crime empty and according to the report of said office, the crime empty secured from the spot had been identified to be fired from the pistol recovered by the appellant, as such recovery also lent support to the ocular account---Appeal against conviction was dismissed, in circumstances.
