MUHAMMAD UMAR VS MUHAMMAD AYAZ S. 302(b)---Qatl-i-amd---Appreciation of evidence---Ocular account and medical evidence---Conflictions---Accused were charged for committing murder of the cousin of complainant by firing---Medical Officer stated that there was one entry wound of firearm on the medial side of left side with base of nose size 1/3x1/3 inch cavity deep with another exit wound of fire arm on the back of head with brain matter coming out size 4x5 inch, which reflected that the entry wound was corresponding to a large exit wound on the back of head, which otherwise was a through and through wound---Medical evidence contradicted the ocular account for the simple reason that the accused both had been shown at points Nos.4 and 5 while on the other hand the deceased and eye-witnesses had been shown at rooftop, where they were busy in mud plaster of the rooftop---Appeal against conviction was allowed, in circumstances.
