He filed a suit accompanied by a temporary injunction application. Draft an order on the temporary injunction application. Q.3 Ahmed supplied goods worth Rs. 2.00 Million received by Zahid on behalf of employer Babar. Due to non-payment, Ahmed sued Zahid for recovery. Zahid pleaded that liability was Babar’s and raised preliminary objections regarding maintainability, limitation, deficient court fee, and non-joinder of parties. Frame the appropriate issues based on these facts. PART-II Q.4 Explain the law regarding refund of court fees paid on a plaint when rejected by the lower court or when a case is remanded in appeal under Order XLI Rule 23 C.P.C.
