(ii) All questions carry equal marks. PART-I Q.1 Enumerate the punishments under Section 53 PPC. Explain whether any other punishment exists in the statute not listed in Section 53 PPC. Q.2 Differentiate the scope and extent of offences under Sections 182 and 193 PPC. Q.3 Saleem, driving under intoxication, caused multiple road accidents resulting in Shajjah-i-damighah, Ghayr-jaifah munaqqilah, and property damage to a rickshaw and compound wall. Explain with reasons what offences have been committed under PPC. PART-II Q.4 Discuss the procedure of trial in criminal courts and state what procedural irregularities can vitiate a criminal trial. Q.5 Aslam and Zaheer armed with dundas entered the house of Kamal. Zaheer outraged the modesty of Kamal’s wife Zahida and inflicted dunda injuries on Kamal resulting in Shajjah Khafifa, Shajjah Ammah, and Ghair-e-Jaifa Mudihah. Aslam abetted the occurrence and was placed in column No. 3 of the police report u/s 173 Cr.P.C. Frame charge(s) based on these facts. Q.6 Mehboob reported a robbery under Section 392 PPC against unknown persons.
