PART-I Q.1 When the genuineness of a letter is in dispute, what are the various kinds of evidence that may be laid before the Court to prove handwriting under the Qanun-e-Shahadat Order, 1984? Q.2 State at least five principal classes of facts declared relevant under the Qanun-e-Shahadat Order, 1984. Q.3 "Identification evidence is often quite dangerous to rely on." Discuss this statement in light of the Qanun-e-Shahadat Order, 1984. PART-II Q.4 Explain the significance of Fundamental Rights under the 1973 Constitution of Pakistan and describe circumstances where certain fundamental rights may be suspended. Q.5 Explain the different jurisdictions of the Supreme Court of Pakistan under the Constitution of 1973. PART-III Q.6 How will a petitioner be declared insolvent by the Court? Discuss the detailed procedure under relevant insolvency laws. Q.7 Under what circumstances can a Civil Court appoint a Receiver? Can an interim Receiver also be appointed by the Civil Court? PART-IV Q.8 Discuss the judicial hierarchy of Civil Courts at original and appellate levels under the Civil Courts Ordinance, 1962, including specific powers of different courts. Q.9 Identify the principal Court of Original Civil jurisdiction and discuss which Courts hold the power of transfer and withdrawal of suits.
