AMIR AKBAR KHAN VS IRSHAD AHMED KHOKHAR Islamabad Rent Restriction Ordinance 2001--17 , --S. 17---Bona fide personal need of landlord---Scope---Plea of landlord of utilization of part of rented shops by his doctor daughter having arisen as an additional ground for eviction of tenant would not negate landlord's bona fide personal need---Protection had been given to the tenant under S.17(6) of Islamabad Rent Restriction Ordinance, 2001 to move re-occupation of the rented premises in case the landlord failed to occupy it for his use.
