MAHMOODA SABIR Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--15 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 ----S. 15---Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art.185(3)---Ejectment of tenant---Bona fide personal need of landlady---Demised shops were required by landlady for her sons who wanted to start their business there---Rent Controller allowed the application and appeal against eviction order was dismissed by High Court---Validity---Landlady had produced enough evidence to establish her good faith about her personal need---Where no concrete evidence was brought on record in rebuttal of the claim of landlady, bona fides on her part was established---Findings, of Rent Controller and of High Court were correct and Supreme Court refused to take any exception to the same---Leave to appeal was refused.
