ABDUL RAUF VS SHEREEN HASSAN Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--15 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 S. 15(2)(vii)---Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art.185(3)---Leave to appeal was granted by Supreme Court to examine; whether the word "children" in S.15(2)(vii) of Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance, 1979, included a married daughter and whether landlord seeking eviction of the tenant on the ground of personal requirement of his married daughter, was required to bring on record his explanation, as to, why he was providing accommodation to his married daughter and her husband and children.
