ABDUL HAMEED VS BOO ALI SHAH ZAIDI Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--21 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 ---Ss. 15(2)(vii) & 21---Bona fide personal need of landlord---Landlord applied to the Rent Controller for eviction of tenant on the sole ground of need for his son---Rent Controller accepted application and ordered tenant to vacate premises---Witnesses of tenant had unequivocally stated in their affidavits in evidence that landlord had intention to rent out the premises, after obtaining its possession at enhanced "Pugree" and the same had gone un-rebutted---Tenant also produced video recording of negotiations between the parties and the landlord to that effect---Previous conduct of the landlord also proved that he had accepted the other tenants on new terms , and conditions---Effect---Landlord, in circumstances, having not been able to prove his bona fide need, order of Rent Controller was set aside.
