MUHAMMAD SHAFI VS QUDDSIA MUZAFFAR Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--15 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 S. 15(2)(vii) & 21---Bona fide personal need of landlady who herself was a doctor for establishment of a hospital /maternity home on "no profit no loss basis"---Landlady was herself to occupy the premises where she would be in charge of the institution in so far as she was going to run that institution herself---Establishment of a hospital/maternity home, having been recognised as a ground for eviction under S.15(2)(vii) of Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance, 1979, need of landlady leas bona fide and she was entitled to get the ejectment of tenant.
