MUHAMMAD HANIF VS TAJ BEGUM Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--21 , Ss. 15 & 21---Bona fide personal use of landlady ---ejectment of tenant on account of requirement of premises for personal use of landlady's sons-.-Validity ---Landlady had clearly stated in her ejectment application that three of her sons were unemployed and that she wanted premises in question for establishing business for them---Such averment having been repeated in affidavit-in-evidence was trot challenged in cross-examination,---Statement of landlady was also not rebutted by tenants---Landlady had thus, been able to establish that premises were required by her in good faith for use of her jobless sons---Order of eviction of tenants being valid, no interference therein was warranted in circumstances.
