SAHIRA KHATOON VS MOINUL HAQ Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--18 , Ss. 15(2)(vii) & 18---Bona fide personal need of landlord---Premises in dispute was gifted out to landlord by original owner thereof and donee landlord served notice under S. 18 of Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance, 1979 for change of ownership ---Ejectment application filed by donee landlord against tenant on ground of personal bona fide need, was resisted by tenant contending that landlord in notice of transfer of ownership had not made a mention of his personal requirement. in respect of premises in question---Law did not require that landlord must mention the ground of personal requirement of the tenanted premises in notice of transfer of ownership of premises, should he desire eviction of tenant on a future date---Contention of tenant was repelled being without any merit.
