AMTUL BEGUM VS JUMA KHAN Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--15 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 ----S.15(2)(vii)---Bona fide personal need of married daughter of landlord--Where a landlord desired bona fide to settle and lodge his married daughter he could not be denied that privilege---It would not be logical- that after marriage of daughter, landlord should be disentitled to seek eviction of a tenant for rehabilitating his married daughter who had not become an out cast or aiten to family of landlord, especially when under Muslim Personal Law daughter was entitled to her share by way of inheritance in the property of her father or mother.
