MUHAMMAD ISHAQ VS MUHAMMAD ZUBAIR Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--21 , ----Ss.15 & 21---Relationship of landlord and tenant---Stay of proceedings--Mere pendency of a civil suit regarding ownership of premises in question would not automatically stay the proceedings of case or appeal under Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance, 1979---If any party wanted stay of proceedings it could apply for such a stay to Court where civil suit regarding ownership of premises in question was pending---Court allowed reasonable time to appellant to obtain stay order from the competent Court before his eviction was affected.
