SHAHNAZ BEGUM VS DAULAT ROSHAN ALI Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--15 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 S.15---Bona fide personal need of landlady---Quantum of proof---Landlady had produced evidence that she was putting up alongwith her family in the house of her father-in-law who had asked her to leave the house and she had acquired another rented accommodation---Evidence on record suggested that landlady's father-in-law proposed to sell that house (wherein she was putting up) and in fact handed over possession thereof, to purchaser---Such evidence was more than enough to prove bona fide requirement of landlady---Tenant had failed to produce any material on record in support of assertion that landlady owned two other flats in the same building which were lying vacant--Judgment of High Court that landlady had failed to prove bona fide need of premises in question, was set aside while order of eviction passed by Rent Controller was restored in circumstances.
