MUHAMMAD MOOSA KHAWAJA VS MUHAMMAD UMAR Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--18 , ----Ss.15 & 18---Bona fide personal need of landlord---Proof---Landlord had acquired ownership of premises in question on 30-4-1991 and on 6-7-1991 he had sent notice to tenant under S.18 of the Ordinance requiring him to execute fresh agreement of tenancy and to pay rent to him as new owner---Such fact by itself goes to show that at least on 6th July, 1991, intention of landlord was to accept previous tenant as his tenant if he executed fresh tenancy agreement--Had landlord required premises for his own use he would not have called upon tenant to execute fresh agreement of tenancy---Nothing was brought on record to show that any event had happened subsequent to issuance of notice in terms of S.18 of the Ordinance whereby it had become imminent for landlord to seek eviction on the ground of personal requirement---Personal requirement of premises by landlord was not proved in circumstances.
