KHURSHID BEGUM VS S.C. KOU Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--14 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 S. 14---Application for ejectment of tenant, in terms of S. 14, Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance, 1979---Question of bona fides in such application, could not be looked into while considering need of landlady for requirement of such premises---Provisions of S. 14 of the Ordinance does not contemplate inquiry by Rent Controller into genuineness or otherwise of needs expressed by landlady---Inquiry before Rent Controller must be confined to objections raised by tenant as to jurisdictional facts---Fact that landlady owned many flats and shops and had sufficient earning from rent of premises owned by her would not come in her way for seeking eviction of tenant under S. 14 of the Ordinance as such questions were not germane to the need of premises in question by landlady---Landlady having attained age of 61 years was entitled to have premises in question, vacated by tenant.
