Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--15 , ----S. 15---Ejectment---Building or land being used as a factory whether falling within the ambit of Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance, 1979---Landlord can invoke provisions contained in S.15, Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance, 1979 in respect of premises which would mean a building or land let out on rent and would also include any building or land used for running a factory ---Ejectment application would, thus, be competent in respect of premises which was being used as. a factory. ----S. 15---Ejectment--No evidence produced by landlords at all in support of ejectment ---Landlords pointing out weakness in tenant's case ---Effect--Weakness of case of tenant could not strengthen case of landlord seeking eviction, for initial onus lies on landlord to substantiate grounds put forth for ejectment of tenant and his case has to stand on its own legs.
