IJAZ KHAN VS SHAHIDA IQBAL QARNI Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--2 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 Ss. 2 (f) (g) & 15 (2) (vii)---Personal bona fide need of landlord---Person authorised to receive rent of premises on behalf of landlord, no doubt also fell within purview of definition of term landlord, but ejectment proceedings could not be instituted by such person against tenant for his eviction on ground of his personal need, because only owner of premises could institute ejectment proceedings against tenant on ground of personal requirement.
