ABDUL QADEER VS NASEEM AKHTAR West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance 1959--13 , West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance 1959 ----Ss.13(3)(a)(ii) & 15---Personal bona fide need of landlady---Landlady seeking eviction of tenant had contended that she required shop in dispute for use of her grown-up son and that she had thirteen children and income from her husband's shop was not enough to feed her large family---Evidence on record had fully proved that landlady had a large family of thirteen children and that there was only one earning hand, her husband---Record showed that son for whom shop in dispute was required, was a grown-up person and could start independent business---Finding of fact concurrently arrived at by Courts below not suffering from any infirmity, legal or otherwise, could not be interfered with in second appeal.
