ABDUL LATIF VS AKHTAR ALI Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--15 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 S. 15 (2) (vii)---Personal bona tide need of landlord---Premises in dispute which were needed by landlord for commercial purposes were two shops and one of said shops was being used by tenant for his residential purpose with tacit approval of landlords---Tenant had contended that landlord could not seek eviction of tenant on ground of his requirement for commercial purposes--Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance, 1979 did n9t recognize any distinction between commercial premises and residential premises, disputed premises which were shops thus could be got evicted by landlord on ground of his commercial requirements---Even if premises were residential rooms and not shops as contended by tenant, landlord could seek eviction of tenant on ground of his personal bona fide requirement for commercial purpose.
