MAIMUNA BAI (MRS.) VS NOORUDDIN Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--15 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 ----S.15(2)(vii)---Personal bona fide need of landlord---Evidence brought on record had fully established that family of landlord seeking eviction of tenant on ground of personal need, consisted of his four grown-up sons, two unmarried daughters and his wife---Two of the sons were already married and one of them had got three children, while other had one child---Two remaining sons of landlord were of marriageable age---Accommodation presently available to landlord admittedly was not sufficient for decent living---Members of landlord's family would further increase when his two sons get married--Landlord had proved that he required premises for his bona fide personal use---Once requirement of landlord was established it was not for the tenant to advise landlord to live in manner he had suggested, but it would be choice of landlord, which would prevail
