Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--15 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 S. 15---Personal bona fide requirement of landlord---Essentials---Landlord, :on basis of a statement simpliciter without justifying the requirement for personal bona fide need was not entitled to eviction order against his tenant--Landlord was required to refer to the circumstances which led him to filing ejectment application on basis of personal need---Tenant cannot be taken by surprise at the stage of evidence so as to deprive him to set up his proper defence---Failure on the part of landlord to refer to circumstances which justified his personal bona fide need would tantamount to material concealment of facts on basis of which Rent Controller could refuse ejectment 6rder---Landldrd, neither in his legal notice nor in ejectment application having given - any -details of particulars' to justify ejectment on ground of personal bona fide requirement, his application for ejectment on that ground was' liable to. dismissal.
