AMIN AKHTAR JAMI VS JAHANGIR ALAM Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--14 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 ----S.14---Ejectment on ground of retirement of landlord---Landlord would become disqualified to seek eviction from "the building" or "the portion", if he had let out the same building or the same portion thereof, subsequent to his becoming entitled to evict tenant under enabling part of S.14(1), but such disqualification would be limited to evict from same building or portion so left out any may not extend to another building or portion not so let out--Prohibition ensued if landlord was in occupation of any building whatever in any locality owned by himself---Portion being as much a building as a whole building, a landlord occupying a portion of a building from another portion of which he wished to evict tenant, would suffer a disqualification.
