ABDUL AZIZ VS YAHYA Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--15 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 ----Ss.15 & 18---Change of ownership of premises---Effect---Original owner filed application against tenant on ground of default in payment of rent--- During pendency of case original owner sold premises in dispute to present landlords who were his son and daughters---Tenant contended that he could not be evicted in respect of alleged default committed by him at the time when present landlords were not owners of premises---Contention of tenant was repelled as any cause of action which was not personal to landlord, ensures for benefit of subsequent purchaser who could seek ejectment on account of such cause of action in proceedings pending at time of transfer of property--Grounds of eviction like default in payment of rent and subletting would be treated as such causes of action.
