SHAUKAT FAIZI VS NIGHAT BASHIR Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--15 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 ---S.15(2)(vii)---Earlier case filed by mother of landlady on ground of personal need was finally dismissed-- Later on mother gifted away premises in dispute to daughter who filed fresh case against tenant on ground of personal need--Evidence led by daughter was also led by her in previous case which was filed by her mother, but same was not considered sufficient for ordering ejectment of tenant---Contention of tenant that daughter had been substituted for her mother with a view to obtain order of eviction against him having force landlady, in circumstances, could not be said to have come to Court bona fide ---Ejectment order passed against tenant was set aside.
