West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance 1959--13 , S.13 --- Ejectment of tenants on ground of reconstruction of premises in question --- Landlords had got sanctioned map for reconstruction of premises -- Such right had been guaranteed by provision of S.13, West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance, 1959, which in turn had also secured interest of tenants in case of any dereliction on the part of landlord --- Any interference with such rights would amount to frustrating right of reconstruction/eviction provided under the law.
