Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--PREAMBLE , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 Preamble--Pugree" not recognized in Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance, 1979---Effect---"Pugree" having not been recognized in Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance, 1979, question of its applicability in case instituted under the Ordinance would no arise---Plea that "Pugree" being a reality should be recognised and given due effect, would tantamount to challenging the wisdom of legislature, which was not permissible---No evidence was, however, available on record to show that any "Pugree" was paid; even if it had been paid, still landlord could not be debarred from instituting eviction proceedings against the tenant on ground of personal bona fide requirement for such ground had no nexus with the plea of Pugree.
