ISLAM AKBAR VS MUSTAFA HUSSAIN Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--15 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 S. 15 (2) (vii)---Personal bona fide need of landlord-Landlord seeking ejectment of tenant from shop in dispute on ground of personal bona fide need, admittedly got possession of another shop which was vacated by other tenant and shop so vacated was rented out by him to another person, during Pendency of ejectment case against tenant---Renting out of shop during pendency of ejectment case, had militated against bona fides of landlord seeking eviction of tenant on ground of his personal requirement, especially when landlord nowhere took stand that rented out shop was smaller in size than disputed one or that same was not suitable for his business.
