MUHAMMAD SAEED VS MUHAMMAD AHMED West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance 1959--14 , West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance 1959 S. 14 --- Earlier ejectment petition was withdrawn by landlord on basis of compromise --- Ejectment petition was subsequently filed wherein the eviction was sought by landlord on ground of default in payment of rent and also subletting which were not the subject-matter of the earlier ejectment petitioner --- Principle contained in S.14 of Ordinance, could not be pressed into service in circumstances especially when S. 14 did not in any case apply to cases of withdrawals.
