ABDUL RAZZAK VS AKEEL Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--14 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 Ss. 14 & 15---Personal bona fide requirement of landlord---Landlord's requirement for a Commercial tenement had to be independently approached of a corresponding, simultaneous or successive requirement of a residential nature---One such requirement could not reflect on the other unless two were inextricably connected, such as when a tenement was of a composite character serving residential as well as commercial purposes---Final orders of eviction in respect of ground floor commercial premises would not: have any bearing whatever on those appeals which involved a residential purpose.
