MOHIUDDIN AHMED VS NOOR AISHA KHATOON 1987 CLC 2029, Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--15 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--2 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 ----Ss. 2(f) & 15---Landlady who was a purdah-observing lady, authorised her son to receive rent from tenant on her behalf---After giving such authority, landlady had gone into background and her son who had attained status of landlord on basis of authority of his mother, executed tenancy agreement with tenant claiming himself as landlord---Nothing on record was available to show that landlady had parted with her right of ownership in respect of premises in question---Landlady, as an owner of premises in dispute, was fully competent to file application for eviction of tenant.
