ABDUR REHMAN VS ASLAM AHMED Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--15 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 ---S.15(2)(iii) (a) (iv)---Evidence of tenant as well as alleged sub-tenant as to creation of independent tenancy between landlord and alleged sub-tenant remained unshaken and was established---Landlord had not produced any evidence as to how conditions on which premises in dispute was let out, were infringed---Allegation that tenants had impaired value or utility of premises was not supported by any evidence at all---Mere fact that tenants had carried out certain additions and alterations, would not entitle landlord to order of eviction as it was incumbent on landlord to establish that alleged additions and alterations had resulted in impairing value or utility of premises.
