ASHRAF ALIA VS ASIF MAJEED West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance 1959--13 , West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance 1959 S. 13---Ejectment of tenant on ground of bona fide personal requirement--Where landlord on ground of personal use had sought eviction of more tenants than one in respect of different commercial premises, although adjoining, ejectment applications having been simultaneously filed it would not only be in order but expected of him to give some details of requirement showing as to why one tenement in the tenancy of one tenant alone would not be sufficient to meet that requirement---Whereas technicalities in pleadings in the context of ejectment cases based on personal requirement,, were not to be brooked but such cases must go to trial on the substance of dispute, covering essentials of cause of action, rather than on basis of meticulous details yet, where necessary, essential/vital disclosure, were still to be made.
