HAJI AURANGZEB VS HAJI ABDUR REHMAN West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance 1959--13 , West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance 1959 --S. 13(5-B)--eviction on ground of reconstruction--Protection afforded to evicted tenant--Landlord requiring premises for reconstruction reasonably and in good faith, could be allowed to evict tenant to build afresh on existing premises--Tenant, however, after completion of fresh construction would be entitled to be put in possession of an area equal to what he was presently holding or even less than that if it would be suitable to meet his' requirements.
