INAYAT BIBI VS ADDITIONAL DISTRICT JUDGE, LAHORE West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance 1959--2 , West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance 1959 ---S.2(b)(c)(i)--Relationship of landlord and tenant--Jurisdiction of Rent Controller--Issue pertaining to subsistence of relationship of landlord and tenant between parties directly depends on decision regarding title of property involved in case--Question of title in respect of property can be decided by Court of general jurisdiction--Rent Controller within limited jurisdiction conferred on him could not decide such question--Orders of such eviction of petitioner was declared to be without lawful authority observing that respondent if so advised might move Civil Court to establish his title qua the house in question and Court move Rent Controller for ejectment of petitioner if he succeeded in establishing his title.
