AMTUL AZIZ West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance 1959--13 , West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance 1959 ---S.13--eviction--Compromise--Five applications for ejectment were allowed on ground of non-payment of rent--Orders of eviction maintained in appeal on the oath taken by the landlady as had been offered by the petitioners--Held, it was difficult to overlook the conduct of petitioners in making the offer of being bound by the oath taken by the landlady which she took accepting the offer, their conduct, prima facie, stood in the way of grant of relief--Petition was disposed of accordingly in terms of the compromise.
