FAQIR MUHAMMAD VS ZOHRA BAI ABDUL HUSSAIN Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--15 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 S.15--eviction--Jurisdiction--eviction applications were allowed by Rent Controller on the ground of default in payment of rent--Contention that landlord was transferred open plots and tenants having raised constructions thereon, relationship of landlord and tenants did not exist--By admitting in the written statement that appellants were prepared to tender rent for some portion of the premises and that they were using same for residential purposes, relationship of landlord and tenants, held, was established--Rent Controller as such had rightly allowed eviction application.
