Hajiani HANIFA BIBI VS HALIM BAI alias PURI BAI Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--14 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--15 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 ---Ss. 14 & 15--Personal requirement--Landlady making application under section 14 on ground of being a widow and retired personnel--Landlady was however, in occupation of a portion of residential building owned by her--Irrespective of the fact whether accommodation occupied by landlady was sufficient for her requirement or not, she was not entitled to avail benefit of subsection (1) of S.14 in view of specific bar as contained in S. 14(2)--Held, if present building in her occupation was not sufficient for her needs then she could apply for eviction of tenant under S. 15 of Ordinance but she was legally disentitled to make an application under ' S. 14--Application for ejectment was dismissed in circumstances.
