MASOODA BEGUM VS TAHWAR HUSSAIN Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--15 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 ---S.15--Personal bona fide requirement--Landlady had inducted tenant when all her children were minors and accommodation in her possession was sufficient for their need at that time--Children were now grown up and one son got married and had four daughters--Landlady as her own witness had testified circumstances justifying her demand of vacant possession from tenant--Landlady made assertions on oath as to her requirement of premises--Landlady's desire to live in her own house was quite natural--Held, having regard to factual and legal position and bona fide need of landlady, there was no justification for Rent Controller to have refused eviction of tenant--Order of Rent Controller refusing application for ejectment was set aside.
