ABDUL KHALIQ VS MUHAMMAD YASCEN Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--15 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 ---S.15--Personal bona fide requirement--Landlord having a large family consisting of seventeen members including three major sons, one of whom married and two to be married--Evidence produced by landlord showing that eviction petition had not been filed to pressurise tenant or to re-let premises on enhanced rate of rent after obtaining Pagri, as alleged by tenant--Accommodation in possession of landlord not sufficient to meet with his requirement--Having established by evidence on record that landlord required premises for him and his sons' personal use--Order of ejectment of tenant was maintained by High Court.
