VS SALEH Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--15 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 ---Ss.14 & 15--Joinder of causes of action--Landlord can seek eviction in one application on grounds available to him both under Ss.14 & 15--Court cannot consider such application to be suffering from misjoinder of causes of action-When a party approaches the Court for any relief he should seek all reliefs available to him in same proceedings so as to avoid multiplicity of proceedings-Mere fact that landlord had asked for more than one reliefs would not deprive him of relief available to him under S.14 of Ordinance--Landlord, however, can at any stage, give up his other relief (use for his children and reconstruction of premises) arid could seek relief on ground of his retirement from service.
