ABDUL SAMAD VS GHULAM RASOOL Constitution of Pakistan 1973--185 , ---S..13(6)--Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art.185(3)--Leave to appeal was granted to examine contention of appellant-tenant that his explanation for non-compliance of order of Rent Controller to deposit current rent having been accepted by Rent Controller in view of some alleged ambiguity in order, High Court was not justified in interfering with such order and directing eviction of tenant and the application of respondent landlord for striking off defence of tenant was itself liable to be dismissed as tenant, before filing of written statement, deposited claimed arrears of rent.
