MUHAMMAD SHARIF VS NISAR AHMAD West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance 1959--13 , ---S.13--Ejectment sought on ground of personal bona fide requirement--Contentions by tenant that as landlords had other shops belonging to them, therefore, they could not have sought eviction of the tenant on ground of personal requirement; that it was not mentioned in the application of landlords that they had other shops and that there was no assertion on behalf of landlords that the other shops were not suitable for the expansion of their business--Held, defects in pleadings of the parties or conduct of the lawyer at the time of examination of the witnesses would not make any difference in so far as the finding of fact regarding the bona fide personal requirement of the landlord was concerned.
