MUHAMMAD YOUNIS VS DISTRICT JUDGE, LAHORE West Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance 1959--15 , ----Ss.13 & 15--Ejectment proceedings--Rent Controller while accepting eviction application failing to record his finding on one of issues framed by him--District Judge on appeal taking serious note of the fact that matter had become very old having been repeatedly remanded and finding that evidence for and against such issue was available on record, deciding same himself to avoid further delay in the matter--Order of District Judge, held, neither suffered from jurisdictional defect nor was violative of any principle enunciated by superior Courts.
