ATAUR REHMAN VS Sheikh KHUSHI MUHAMMAD Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--15 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 ---Ss.15 & 21--Ejectment--Landlord can select any one of several buildings owned by him for his needs and this choice has to be made by him alone--Where another building owned by landlord fell vacant and landlord did not occupy same, he must assign reason for not doing so--Burden, in such circumstances, would be on landlord to show to Rent Controller that building which fell vacant was not suitable for his needs and that he was entitled to persue his application in respect of premises for which eviction was sought.--[Burden of proof].
