SHAUKAT ALI VS NOOR BIBI Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979--2 , Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 Ss. 2(f)(j) & 15--eviction proceedings--Relationship of landlord and tenant--Denial of--Case of denial of tenancy, held, could be divided into two categories viz. one category would be of cases in which no inquiry was required to be held for rejecting plea of denial of tenancy, while in other category inquiry would be necessary--In cases falling into first category inquiry into question of default could be held after tenant's plea had been rejected and in second category however, no inquiry into question of default would be called for and tenant would not be allowed to prove payment after he was proved to be a tenant.
