SHAUKAT ALI VS NOOR BIBI Transfer of Property Act 1882--111 , Ss. 13 & 15(2)--Transfer of Property Act (IV of 1882), S.111(g)-Where lessee renounced his character as such by setting up a title in third person or by claiming title of property in him, lease of such property would be determined under clause (g) of S.111, Transfer of Property Act, 1882--No such resort, held, could be had to clause 'Proprio vigore' because Ordinance (XVII of 1979) which protected tenants, had superimposed itself upon provisions of Transfer of Property Act, 1882--Unless landlord's case for eviction of tenant fell within four walls of the Ordinance, tenant could not be evicted.
